Constitution of the Standing Committee of the International Big Cat Alliance
Standing Committee of the IBCA established by the Assembly shall assist in effective and efficient functioning of the IBCA. The members of the Standing Committee shall meet at least once a year In accordance with Rule 77 of the Rules of Procedure and Article XVIII of the Framework Agreement, the Assembly of IBCA, in its meeting held on 16 June 2025, approved the constitution of the Standing Committee comprising focal points from the first ten member countries.
Term of the Standing Committee
The term of the Standing Committee shall be two years.
Mandate of the Committee
The Committee will support and facilitate the effective implementation of IBCA programmes and activities.
It will act as a key body to guide coordinated action among member countries.
